A Message From Our Pastor
I believe through the years of preaching and ministering to God’s people we have been preparing for days like this. How could this happen to us? To America and in America?
This is not the same America our forefathers knew, in spirit and in character. \
We live in a fallen system, a broken world, in fact this world is dying, it on life support and you and I are the life line.
1 John 2:15-17 (KJV) Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
But he that does the will of the Father will endure (abide forever). As I said on Sunday, WE WERE MADE FOR THIS!!!
You have the DNA of the King / Almighty God / All Powerful / Creator of Heaven and Earth. He lives in you. You are Sons and Daughters of God.
I encourage you:
Stay needy, in other words, need God, be humble and walk with God by chasing Him, pressing into His presence daily. Build an altar before God and see that you meet with Him.
Stay in the Word of God, this is the place feeding and of thinking right. One must think clearly in difficult times. So many people get distracted and get into confusion, error and even fear. So keep your Bible open in everything you do,
Stay filled with the Spirit and in prayer, be filled; praying in the Spirit, led in our prayers by His Spirit, and applying what He says or leads us into. Most importantly, do what He says, by being a doer of the Word and not hearers only (James 1:22-25) It’s so important to follow God in the details. Write it down and then do exactly what He says. There’s His power on the other side.
Others will benefit from your obedience - there’s someone on the other side of your obedience.
Matthew 24:13 (KJV) But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Endure to the end – you must choose to endure, which is a determined desire to believe and act on everything God says. Be steady with it for being steady is faithfulness. “Steady as she goes” This is where things are changed forever.
